Typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks from when we receive your slides. During busy seasons (holidays), it may take 3-4 weeks. Rush service is available for a 35% surcharge if you need your order faster.
We accept all standard 2×2" slides including 35mm, 126, 828, 110, and half-frame slides at our standard pricing. We also handle specialty formats like 127 Super Slides and Mini 110 at a slightly higher rate. If you're not sure what you have, just send them in - we'll identify them and contact you if needed.
Yes! We return all your original slides along with your prints and digital copies. Everything is carefully packaged and shipped back to you via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Every print includes: high-resolution 4000 PPI scanning, overall color correction and enhancement by our experts, professional printing on quality photo paper, a free data disc with all your digital image files, and return of your original slides. The only additional costs are optional upgrades (like flash drive instead of DVD) and return shipping.
We perform overall color correction on every slide to restore faded colors and improve contrast. While we can't repair physical damage to slides, our editing process can often significantly improve the appearance of faded images. Severely damaged slides will be scanned and enhanced to the best of our ability.
That's completely normal! Just estimate the quantity and pay only a deposit when ordering. We'll count your slides when they arrive and bill you for the exact amount. You can also call us at 800-799-7866 for help estimating.
Pack your slides securely in a sturdy box with padding. We recommend USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with tracking. Please remove slides from carousels and trays and stack them in groups. Include your completed order form in the box.
All images are provided as high-resolution JPEG files. These are compatible with all devices and can be used for printing, sharing online, or archiving. Files are delivered on a DVD (free) or USB flash drive (+$18).
Yes! You can choose to have images cropped to fit standard print sizes exactly, or printed with the full image visible (which may result in small borders). Indicate your preference on the order form.
Our minimum order is $35. You can send as few as one slide, but there is a $35 minimum charge to cover our base costs for processing, shipping, and creating your digital files.

Absolutely! You can mix 4×6, 5×7, and 8×10 prints in the same order. Just indicate which slides you want printed at which sizes on your order form.
